The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading workshops with HR and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into solution designs, and driving the adoption of skills-centric talent practices.

  • SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (practical experience required)
  • SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder (practical experience required)
  • SuccessFactors Career Development Planning (practical experience required and certification)
  • Integrating Skills and Job Architecture frameworks across SuccessFactors (practical experience required)
  • Experience with JDM-to-JPB & TIH migrations (practical experience required)


Advisory Skills

  • Stakeholder and workshop facilitation skills
  • Client-facing communication and presentation skills
