Team Overview
The Salesforce Revenue Cloud team is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions that enable scalable product configuration, pricing, billing, and revenue management capabilities across TransUnion. The team delivers secure, high-performing Salesforce solutions and integrations that help business and technology partners streamline revenue operations and improve efficiency. This role contributes to the ongoing modernization and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud platforms through architecture, development, and technical leadership. The role reports to the Director, Applications Development. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
Architect scalable Salesforce code structures and data models that support reliable Revenue Cloud solutions.
Build complex, high-performing Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver customized user experiences.
Configure product bundles, pricing rules, advanced approvals, billing schedules, and related CPQ and Billing capabilities.
Create secure Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) integrations connecting Salesforce with enterprise resource planning and finance applications.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor legacy Apex code, triggers, and asynchronous processes to improve solution performance.
Provide technical governance through architecture guidance, code reviews, and development standards.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance that supports consistent, high-quality delivery.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Nine or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning frameworks.
At least three years of deep technical experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
Experience designing enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions and scalable Salesforce architectures.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise resource planning, finance, or other enterprise applications.
Experience providing technical governance, conducting code reviews, and guiding other developers.
Required Technical Skills
Advanced Salesforce development skills using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning frameworks.
Expert knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, Hypertext Markup Language 5 (HTML5), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Strong proficiency with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), triggers, and asynchronous processing.
Experience building secure enterprise integrations using Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) application programming interfaces.
Experience with Git, Salesforce Command-Line Interface (CLI), continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and Salesforce scratch organizations.
