Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiations and contract signing.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within your target markets.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue and sales targets.
Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and contribute to commercial strategy.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity updates, and pipeline data within the CRM.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales, with a proven record of achieving revenue targets.
