Ameresco currently has a new opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator to join the Ameresco's Federal Operations & Maintenance Group. This position will report to the Director - Operations & Maintenance - Federal West. Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative and database support for operations, construction and engineering professionals and management developing & updating project plans and commissioning . Manage high volume, fast paced and ever-changing environment, including procurement, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing and expense reporting, annual budget planning, event/meeting coordination, and vendor relations. Work closely with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Evaluate project costs against schedules and purchase orders. Identify operational inefficiencies using data analysis and other tools, create and implement process improvement and change management. Schedule, distribute, and enter daily service tickets and repair calls into CMMS systems, including AssetPlanner and coordinate onsite work with vendors, subcontractors, and customers. Ensure employees and subcontractors adhere to customer/ company sign-in requirements when visiting sites for service requests, planned/ preventative maintenance and measurement and verification tasks. Work with project managers and client representatives to identify and prioritize project scope. Identify and solicit contractors and vendors to deliver project scope. Coordinate tender document preparation and approvals. Provide ongoing contact, communication, and coordination with Ameresco customers and subcontractors to ensure the operations phase is appropriately managed. Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality control and to ensure the timely completion of deliverables within budget. Assist with project close-out requirements with Construction Project Team (Project Managers, Project Engineers, Sub-Contractors, Vendors, etc.) prior to turnover to Operations. Perform other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, business administration, business analytics, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Minimum of 7 years of project coordination and administrative support experience in a service, construction, or energy environment. Ability to review confidential US security information. Additional Qualifications: Proven ability to gather, validate, and evaluate quantitative data and information. Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication, and presentation skills. Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS.
