AI Summary

The Senior Marketing Analyst will analyze paid and organic marketing channel performance to optimize acquisition and conversion funnels. They will also manage web analytics tracking, build performance dashboards, and collaborate with engineering to resolve data discrepancies.

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform setting a new standard for safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. We combine licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver consistent, outcomes-driven treatment for conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more. MEDvidi's technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning, freeing providers to focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.

At MEDvidi, the Marketing team helps connect patients with mental healthcare through paid and organic acquisition. Working within our cross-functional Demand and Supply group, the team focuses on growing demand efficiently and aligning acquisition with our capacity to deliver care.

The challenge goes beyond optimizing campaigns: we operate in a highly regulated, fast-changing environment where provider availability and clinical capacity constrain where and how quickly we can grow. Scaling acquisition means continuously balancing marketing returns, compliance requirements, and the capacity to serve patients across states—deciding not only which channels to invest in, but where, when, and how much.

We're hiring a second Marketing Analyst to the team to help navigate this complexity and scale acquisition while maintaining a strong return on marketing spend and effort. You'll analyze channel performance, identify opportunities for investment, investigate conversion funnel issues, and turn data into recommendations that help the team grow demand where we can deliver care.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of paid and organic marketing channels and individual campaigns.
  • Own and improve web analytics tracking, including event tracking, conversion tracking, and data collection across marketing channels.
  • Work with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Data Layer to ensure accurate and reliable marketing data.
  • Monitor marketing attribution, investigate data discrepancies, and resolve measurement gaps in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of server-side tracking, considering healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Forecast marketing efficiency and help optimize paid marketing spend across channels, campaigns, and markets, considering provider availability and capacity.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor acquisition performance, conversion funnels, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and analyze A/B experiments, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and marketing efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Web Analytics, or Growth Analytics, with a strong focus on digital marketing performance.
  • Recent hands-on experience with web analytics implementation, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), event tracking, and conversion tracking.
  • Practical understanding of Data Layer, marketing attribution, and client-side vs. server-side tracking.
  • Experience analyzing paid acquisition performance, website conversion funnels, and key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Ability to independently investigate tracking issues, identify data discrepancies, and work with developers to implement solutions.
  • A structured approach to problem-solving: clarify the question, define the analytical plan, and then carry out the work.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with an understanding of ETL processes.
  • Experience with event-based analytics platforms such as GA4, Amplitude, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
  • Strong experience with BI tools and building useful dashboards.
  • Solid knowledge of statistics and probability, with the ability to apply them to business questions and experiments.
  • Transparent communication and an evidence-based approach to decision-making.
  • Fluent Russian; English level B2 or higher.
  • Proficiency in using LLMs in daily work, with the ability to critically evaluate their output.
  • Ability to work CET/CEST overlapping hours.
  • Comfortable working under a long-term B2B contractor model using personal equipment.

Would be a plus

  • Experience working with Airflow and dbt.
  • Hands-on experience with server-side Google Tag Manager or server-side conversion tracking.
  • Experience with JavaScript and implementing web analytics tracking.
  • Experience with marketing analytics in regulated industries, such as healthcare or fintech.
  • Experience with demand forecasting, capacity planning, or marketplace analytics.

What we offer

  • High-impact environment: A chance to contribute to a product-driven company in the medical tech space.
