The client is a healthcare sustainability company helping hospitals safely reuse selected single-use medical devices through accredited remanufacturing.
Operating across New Zealand and Australia, the client helps hospitals reduce medical waste, lower costs and strengthen local supply chains while maintaining high standards of safety and product performance.
The company works with healthcare professionals and decision-makers across clinical, procurement, education and sustainability functions to support the transition towards a more circular healthcare system.
In this hands-on delivery role, you will convert overarching strategy into finished campaigns, engage key hospital decision-makers, and drive measurable acquisition outcomes using automated workflows and targeted content.
Requirements
Acquisition, Social Media & Paid Advertising
- Execute B2B digital acquisition campaigns designed to engage clinicians, nurses, procurement leads, and hospital decision-makers across Australia and New Zealand.
- Convert online engagement into direct enquiries, hospital consultations, product collection requests, and tangible conversions.
- Manage multi-channel social media content across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok where appropriate, utilizing tools such as Planable for scheduling.
- Build, target, and optimize paid direct-response social campaigns, continuously testing creative assets, copy, and audience segments to maximize ROI from a modest ad budget.
- Track advertising spend against key business outcomes, promptly adjusting or replacing underperforming campaigns.
Content Creation, Personas & Website Management
- Translate complex clinical and sustainability concepts into compelling social posts, newsletters, landing page copy, and creative briefs.
- Tailor tone and messaging specifically for distinct healthcare buyer personas, including clinicians, nurse educators, procurement teams, and sustainability leads.
- Maintain brand integrity while performing routine Webflow updates (copy, images, forms, and landing pages), managing external web contractors when advanced technical support is required.
Email Marketing & HubSpot Automation
- Design, schedule, and execute regular newsletter communications, onboarding journeys, and nurture workflows via HubSpot.
- Build automated multi-touch sequences, lists, and segments based on user roles, geographical locations, and lifecycle stages.
- Perform regular CRM maintenance to eliminate duplicate or low-quality data, ensuring accurate contact attributes and strict adherence to marketing preferences.
Reporting, Tracking & Project Delivery
- Monitor cross-channel performance metrics, focusing on commercially meaningful lead acquisition rather than vanity engagement metrics.
- Prepare concise weekly delivery updates and monthly performance reviews detailing channel ROI, campaign outcomes, and strategic next steps.
- Maintain an organized marketing calendar to manage campaign cadences, recurring approvals, and key deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven ownership over multi-channel campaign execution.
- B2B & Social Paid Advertising: Strong track record managing organic and paid social channels, specifically leveraging LinkedIn for B2B acquisition and lead generation.
- CRM & Automation: Practical, advanced experience using HubSpot (or a comparable enterprise marketing automation tool) to build sequences, segmentation lists, and nurture workflows.
- Content & Website Operations: Superior copywriting and editing skills, paired with basic Webflow content management capability (or experience managing web developers).
- Analytical & Budgeting: Demonstrated ability to optimize modest marketing budgets, manage campaign attribution, and evaluate direct-response metrics.
- Schedule & Location: Ability to work full-time aligning with New Zealand business hours (Australian business hours considered) in a dedicated remote setup.
- Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English language skills with meticulous attention to detail.
DESIRED (NOT REQUIRED):
- Direct prior experience marketing within the healthcare, medical device, hospital services, or circular-economy/sustainability sectors.
- Familiarity with healthcare buyer personas and decision-making structures across Australia and New Zealand.
- Experience using outbound research and data enrichment tools such as Apollo or Clay.
- Proven track record in supporting behavior change or championing internal advocacy within large enterprise organizations.
