The Senior Clinical Research Associate performs clinical trial monitoring activities, including reporting, tracking study progress, and ensuring site compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements. They also manage site relationships, oversee essential documentation, and assist with site inspections and audits.

To drive continued success in this exciting clinical research field, we are seeking committed, skilled, and customer-focused individuals to join our winning team as Senior Clinical Research Associates for coverage in the West Region (Pacific or Mountain time zone). The incumbents may be required to travel to other locations across the USA to support monitoring activities as necessary.
The Senior Clinical Research Associate will perform clinical trial monitoring activities, which include monitoring, reporting, and tracking study progress, as well as review of Investigator Site Files to ensure accuracy and timely reporting to the central Trial Master File repository. In addition, this position will assess compliance of the conduct of clinical trials with regulatory requirements, the clinical study protocol, the monitoring plan, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure data integrity and subject safety during the trial.
