Position Summary
The Senior Client Partner, Healthcare reports to the VP of Healthcare and is responsible for accelerating CTG Healthcare growth through consultative business development, strategic account leadership, and outcome-based solution selling. This leader serves as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives and is accountable for identifying, shaping, and closing opportunities that deliver measurable business outcomes for clients while generating profitable growth for CTG.
The role partners closely with Advisory, Service Line, Delivery, Recruiting, Finance, Executive Leadership, and vendor ecosystem partners to develop differentiated value propositions that address healthcare priorities through strategic advisory services, managed services, complex technology projects, digital transformation, and technology-enabled offerings.
The Senior Client Partner will develop trusted executive relationships across Provider, Payor, and Life Sciences organizations and position CTG Healthcare as a strategic partner capable of delivering quantifiable operational, financial, clinical, workforce, and consumer experience outcomes. This role is accountable for identifying and closing new logos, growing existing accounts, attaining and surpassing business growth targets, and contributing to healthcare market offering development.
Key Responsibilities
1) Consultative Business Development & Growth Strategy
- Execute CTG Healthcare’s growth strategy through a consultative business development approach focused on measurable client value and profitable growth.
- Identify, qualify, shape, and close opportunities that align CTG capabilities with client priorities and quantifiable business outcomes.
- Attain and surpass assigned revenue, bookings, gross profit, new-logo, and account-growth targets.
- Develop territory, account, relationship, and win plans that support both new logo acquisition and expansion of existing strategic accounts.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and account intelligence.
2) Advisory-Led Value Proposition Development
- Partner with Advisory to identify, shape, and close value propositions that are grounded in client priorities and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop business cases and executive-level narratives that quantify operational, financial, clinical, workforce, consumer experience, and technology value.
- Translate advisory insights into actionable pursuits, solutions, offerings, and commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with Advisory, Solutions, and Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are relevant, executable, and outcome-oriented.
- Use market intelligence, discovery, and effective listening skills to identify client pain points, business challenges, and investment drivers.
3) Executive Relationship Development
- Establish and sustain trusted client executive relationships across healthcare business, clinical, operational, financial, digital, and technology leadership.
- Build relationships inside and outside of IT to expand CTG’s relevance across the client enterprise.
- Operate as a strategic advisor who understands healthcare industry pressures, organizational priorities, and executive decision dynamics.
- Maintain executive sponsorship and governance relationships throughout the client lifecycle.
- Manage client expectations, escalations, and negotiations in a manner that strengthens trust and long-term partnership.
4) New Logo Acquisition & Existing Account Expansion
- Identify and close new logos across healthcare Provider, Payor, and Life Sciences markets.
- Expand existing accounts by aligning CTG offerings to client strategy, measurable business outcomes, and enterprise priorities.
- Grow wallet share through strategic account planning, relationship penetration, cross-sell, and outcome-based selling.
- Lead complex sales opportunities with limited supervision and coordinate pursuit teams through closure.
- Develop comprehensive and differentiated proposal responses, executive presentations, statements of work, and commercial models.
5) Healthcare Industry Expertise
- Apply healthcare industry knowledge across Provider, Payor, or Life Sciences environments to improve client relevance and credibility.
- Understand healthcare operating realities, financial pressures, workforce constraints, regulatory sensitivity, privacy expectations, data governance needs, and digital modernization priorities.
- Use healthcare market trends and client-specific insight to identify growth opportunities and shape differentiated solutions.
- Represent CTG Healthcare credibly in executive conversations, industry forums, and market-facing settings.
- Maintain an influential healthcare network and visible industry presence.
6) Managed Services, Advisory & Complex Technology Solutions
- Position and sell managed services, strategic advisory services, complex technology projects, digital transformation programs, and technology-enabled healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Solutions, Recruiting, Finance, and Operations to ensure solutions are commercially sound, deliverable, and aligned to client outcomes.
- Understand master service agreements, professional service agreements, statements of work, change orders, governance models, and service-level expectations.
- Support solutions that may include cloud, data, analytics, AI, automation, cybersecurity, application services, workflow improvement, service desk, and other enterprise technology capabilities.
- Ensure client satisfaction, solution quality, delivery readiness, and growth opportunity realization.
7) Vendor & Alliance Partner Orchestration
- Collaborate with vendor partners, technology partners, and alliance ecosystems to create integrated solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Orchestrate CTG services, partner products, technology capabilities, and delivery resources into differentiated value propositions.
- Develop partner-enabled opportunities that increase CTG’s relevance, speed to value, and market differentiation.
- Work with channel partners and demand-generation activities to create new opportunities.
- Align partner capabilities with client needs, solution strategy, and commercial objectives.
8) Market Offering Development & Industry Representation
- Contribute to the development, commercialization, and refinement of CTG Healthcare market offerings and managed services.
- Share client insights, market needs, and competitive intelligence to strengthen healthcare offerings and go-to-market strategy.
- Represent CTG Healthcare at industry conferences, executive forums, and professional associations, including CHIME, HIMSS, and other relevant healthcare events.
- Support CTG Healthcare thought leadership, market awareness, demand generation, and executive networking efforts.
- Help position CTG Healthcare as a strategic partner for measurable outcomes, innovation, and healthcare transformation.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, public health, or a related field preferred
- Minimum seven years of enterprise healthcare business development, consulting, technology services, managed services, or strategic account management experience
- Healthcare industry knowledge in Provider, Payor, or Life Sciences
- Proven ability to establish trusted executive relationships and operate as a strategic advisor to healthcare leadership teams
- Demonstrated track record of identifying, developing, and closing new logo opportunities while expanding existing accounts
- Proven record of successfully delivering $10M+ in annual new revenue
- Experience selling managed services, strategic advisory services, complex technology projects, and digital transformation programs
- Experience developing value propositions and business cases tied to quantifiable client outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with vendor partners and orchestrate services and products to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Experience navigating complex healthcare buying environments and executive decision-making committees
- Expert communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and executive presence
- Strong leadership, collaboration, commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability and willingness to travel and represent CTG Healthcare at industry conferences and executive forums
Preferred
- Experience selling or delivering healthcare managed services with governance structures, service-level agreements, and measurable value realization
- Experience positioning strategic advisory services that lead to larger transformation, managed services, or technology programs
- Experience structuring and negotiating master service agreements, professional service agreements, statements of work, change orders, and commercial terms
- Experience working with global delivery models, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore capabilities
- Active healthcare executive network and demonstrated visibility in healthcare industry associations, conferences, or forums
