Senior Account Executive - US Based (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals in the US market.
• Drive consultative sales engagements with technology companies, identifying customer challenges and positioning tailored engineering solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with CTOs, VP R&Ds, Engineering Managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Partner closely with technical leaders and delivery teams to design tailored, high-impact solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Expand existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations, proposal development, and contract discussions.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecasting while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Leverage AI tools to improve prospecting, customer engagement, and overall sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive selling B2B technology services, software development, cloud, or consulting solutions.
• Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working in a technology consulting, professional services, or AWS Partner organization.
• Strong understanding and experience selling to technology companies and engaging CTOs, VP R&Ds, Engineering Managers, and other executive stakeholders.
• Based in the United States, and an established network within US-based tech companies.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, while collaborating closely with teams in Israel across time zones.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and leveraging AI tools to improve prospecting, customer research, pipeline management, and sales productivity.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English- must
