You will manage the scheduling and coordination of property inspections while maintaining clear communication with residents and field inspectors. Your role involves tracking inspection statuses, resolving access issues, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Our client provides end-to-end property inspection services for property managers. Their team coordinates appointments, sends inspectors into the field, completes inspections, and delivers clear reporting so clients can make decisions without chasing updates.
You’ll support the daily operation behind completed inspections. That means getting appointments scheduled, helping field inspectors resolve access issues, updating property managers, and making sure inspection status is accurate from start to finish.
The work is high-volume and phone-first, and every call is a little different. The goal is not just to make calls. The goal is to make sure inspections are completed, documented, and communicated clearly.
