Salesforce Administrator – Sales Support (Salesforce Sales Cloud)
We are hiring a Salesforce Sales Cloud Representative to support a U.S.-based sales team by managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate CRM records, and keeping the sales pipeline organized from lead generation to closed opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce CRM
Manage inbound leads and maintain accurate Lead, Account, Contact, and Opportunity records.
Update sales activities, opportunity stages, and customer interactions.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and resolve duplicate records.
Sales & Calendar Support
Schedule meetings, demos, and client appointments.
Manage email inboxes, calendars, and follow-up activities.
Log calls, emails, notes, and tasks in Salesforce.
Reporting & Administration
Generate Salesforce reports and monitor the sales pipeline.
Assist with sales forecasting and CRM data maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to support daily sales operations.
Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Tasks, and Activities.
Experience supporting a U.S.-based B2B sales or customer service environment.
Proficiency in Salesforce reports, dashboards, and pipeline management.
Experience performing basic Salesforce administrative functions and data maintenance.
Experience managing professional email and calendar scheduling.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate CRM data.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales operations or inside sales support.
Familiarity with sales forecasting, KPI reporting, and CRM analytics.
Previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams.
Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud certification is a plus (not required).
