Sales Representative II

The Sales Representative II is responsible for handling sales calls, emails and chats, engaging with customers to identify their needs and assist in retention efforts. This position will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and providing excellent customer service to potential customers.

What does a day in the life of a Sales Representative II look like? 

• Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provides accurate information about products and services to customers

• Negotiate and closes sales deals over the phone, email or chat

• Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products or services

• Assists with customer retention efforts

• Transfer non-sales related calls to the appropriate teams

• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in CRM system

• Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules

• Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs

• Perform other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications for a Sales Representative II? 

• Minimum of 2 years years of experience in an inbound sales role or equivalent, preferably in the call center environment 

• Experience supporting customers via phone, chat and email preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong negotiation and sales skills

• Proficient in using computers and various software applications such as CRM
