In this role, you’ll contribute to the growth of Liquipedia Ads and Liquipedia API by sourcing and managing Liquipedia-specific commercial opportunities, contributing to revenue targets, and ensuring a smooth transition from deal close to campaign activation. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to prepare commercial inputs, build media plans, and align opportunities with Liquipedia’s inventory and community values.

This role is well-suited to someone who is organized, communicative, and commercially focused, with a strong familiarity with the esports ecosystem and an interest in digital advertising and data-informed products.

Location: Remote (Netherlands, Europe, or Brazil)

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Grow Liquipedia Ads & API Revenue

    • Sell Liquipedia Ads and Liquipedia API products as part of Liquipedia-led and company-wide commercial deals

    • Source, qualify, and progress Liquipedia-related sales opportunities

    • Contribute to Liquipedia revenue targets

  • Prepare Liquipedia Media Plans & Commercial Inputs

    • Build Liquipedia-specific media plans for larger commercial arrangements when requested

    • Define ad formats, inventory usage, timelines, and pricing inputs

    • Align media plans with Liquipedia Operations and Ads Operations prior to submission

  • Manage Outbound & Inbound Sales Activities

    • Conduct outbound outreach to potential Liquipedia Ads and API clients

    • Act as the first point of contact for inbound Liquipedia Ads and API inquiries

    • Track outreach activity, follow-up, and opportunity conversion

  • Coordinate Deal Execution with Liquipedia Operations

    • Act as the commercial point of contact between Sales, Partnerships, and Liquipedia Operations

    • Communicate campaign requirements, timelines, and delivery constraints clearly

    • Ensure a smooth handoff from deal close to campaign activation

  • Maintain Pipeline Visibility & Sales Reporting

    • Keep Liquipedia sales pipeline up to date

    • Track deal status, revenue contribution, and forecasts

    • Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to internal stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role, ideally within digital media or online platforms

  • Strong familiarity with Liquipedia and the esports ecosystem, including titles, tournaments, teams, and audiences

  • Experience contributing to the sale or delivery of digital advertising products and/or data-informed services (such as APIs)

  • Comfort working with performance data and reporting tools to inform campaign assumptions and commercial inputs

  • Experience coordinating ad placements or inventory using ad monetization or ad management platforms (such as NitroPay or comparable tools)

  • Strong organizational skills, with experience managing inbound requests, pipelines, and deal-related tasks using project tracking tools or spreadsheets

  • Confidence working with data in spreadsheets to track deals, media plans, and revenue visibility

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage across sales, operations, and technical teams
