The Sales Development Representative is responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify prospective clients in the real estate and financial services sectors. They will manage lead pipelines in HubSpot and schedule qualified appointments for Account Managers while adhering to established sales scripts and SOPs.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a growing sales team within the real estate tax and financial services space. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients and setting qualified appointments for Account Managers.
The ideal candidate has experience in outbound B2B sales or appointment setting and is confident working in a high-volume, target-driven environment. You should be personable, articulate, highly organized, and comfortable following established sales scripts, processes, and SOPs while maintaining a natural and engaging approach with prospects.
Responsibilities:
Conduct approximately 80–100 quality outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
Engage prospects professionally, clearly, and confidently through cold calling and follow-up outreach.
Qualify prospects based on established criteria, identifying interest, buying signals, needs, and objections.
Schedule qualified appointments for Account Managers and consistently work toward established activity and appointment targets.
Manage assigned leads, follow-ups, pipeline activity, and next steps within HubSpot.
Review prospect information, CRM history, and available context before outreach to deliver relevant and personalized conversations.
Follow approved scripts, pitches, messaging frameworks, and sales SOPs based on the applicable lead source.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's services and value proposition to confidently address prospect questions and objections.
Research prospects and relevant property information where required to prepare for conversations.
Maintain accurate and complete CRM records, including call dispositions, notes, lead statuses, follow-up tasks, and next steps.
Ensure qualified appointments are handed off effectively to Account Managers with relevant context, including prospect needs, questions, objections, and buying signals.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers, sales managers, and other team members to improve prospecting strategies and sales processes.
Share prospect feedback, recurring objections, and outreach insights to support continuous improvement across the sales function.
Qualifications:
1–2+ years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation, sales development, cold calling, or appointment setting.
Previous experience in financial services, real estate, tax services, or another consultative B2B environment is highly desirable.
Excellent spoken and written English, with clear and professional communication skills.
Comfortable conducting high-volume outbound calls and working toward defined activity and performance targets.
Strong ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, handle objections, and guide conversations toward an appropriate next step.
Experience using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and Ringover is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing lead information and follow-up activity.
Ability to consistently follow scripts, sales processes, and SOPs while maintaining a personable and conversational communication style.
Self-motivated, proactive, coachable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
