We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales efforts by initiating conversations with prospective B2B clients and qualifying early-stage leads for our staffing and solutions services. This role is focused on high-volume outreach, strong business-to-business communication, and consistent execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, organized in their follow-ups, and motivated by clear activity goals and performance metrics. Your core objective will be to engage business owners and hiring managers, qualify their staffing needs, and support the sales pipeline by generating a steady flow of quality conversations and booked meetings.
Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective B2B leads on a daily basis. Follow structured outreach workflows, leave clear, professional voicemails, and handle live conversations confidently.
Inbound Lead Management: Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries regarding staffing solutions, ensuring rapid response times and highly professional, consultative communication.
Needs Analysis & Pricing: Discuss prospective clients' hiring requirements, role specifics, and provide accurate estimates, bill rates, or service structures based on their unique needs. Ensure all discovery details are meticulously logged.
Lead Qualification: Identify basic fit, interest level, budget, hiring timelines, and next steps during conversations. Gather relevant information and seamlessly route qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executive or senior sales team member.
Follow-Up & Task Management: Schedule callbacks and follow-ups as needed. Maintain a highly organized pipeline to ensure no leads fall through the cracks.
CRM & Activity Logging: Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and next steps using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Bullhorn) and sales engagement tools to support sales visibility and reporting.
Experience: Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar phone-based B2B sales role.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using standard CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), cloud-based phone systems (e.g., Aircall), and task management tools.
Core Competencies: Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent. Confident and comfortable speaking directly with business owners, HR directors, and key decision-makers. Strong follow-through, organization, and attention to detail within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Remote Infrastructure: Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office setup equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a backup power source.
Direct sales or business development experience within the staffing, recruiting, BPO, or managed services industries.
Performance-based raises.
Minimum 5 days off annually (paid or unpaid based on client terms).
