About you

As a Review Appraiser, you will Perform review of valuation reports to ensure quality and work performed per scope of work in the client engagement letter/PSA. Perform portfolio management services to ensure delivery of assignments are consistent, high quality, and timely to clients seeking multi-property or portfolio valuation services on a regional or national basis. Each day, you will promote and advocate Colliers’ brand in the local market, articulating its value through superior customer service to its clients.

In this role, you will…

• Perform internal review of appraisal reports to ensure conformity of appraisal standards and assignment scope of work requirements and mitigate risk.
• Ensure quality of analysis via the 5 basic components (completeness, accuracy, adequacy, relevance, reasonableness)
• Discuss appraisal methodology with the appraiser for an assignment, if requestedBe a mentor and resource to CIVAS appraisers, if needed
• Initial and ongoing client communication and account management for individual portfolio assignments and milestones
• Coordination of due diligence, inspection, and internal team member assignments

• Creation of template according to client-specific requirements.
• Creation of portfolio data tape containing specific metrics from individual reports
• Oversight of review comments, process, and revisions

What you’ll bring

• MAI Designation required
• 8-10 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal review class curriculum (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partner.

Salary
Colliers carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience required for this role. The candidate’s pay is 100% commission - typically participating in a 35-50% commission split based on production levels. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience required for this role.

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match.
