You will own the operational cadence for forecasting, pipeline management, and deal structuring while building the dashboards and KPIs necessary for executive leadership. You will act as the connective tissue across the revenue lifecycle, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure process efficiency.
Miggo is redefining how organizations protect modern applications. Backed by leading cybersecurity investors and recognized by Gartner® as a Cool Vendor in AI Security, we're building the world's first Application Detection & Response (ADR) platform to help organizations identify exploitable vulnerabilities, stop active attacks, and close the patch gap. Our customers include some of the world's most innovative enterprises, and we're partnering with industry leaders across cloud, security, and observability ecosystems to transform application security. At Miggo, we live by four core principles: make it customer-focused, make it happen, make it better, make it together.
The Role
As Miggo'sRevenue Operations Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine — the person who turns the revenue plan into a system that actually runs. You'll own the cadence around forecasting and pipeline, quarterback deals through structuring and contracting, and be the steward of the data and systems that let leadership trust the numbers they're looking at. This is a role for someone who's comfortable moving between the granular and the strategic, and who takes ownership of process. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Legal, and over time you'll become the connective tissue across the full revenue lifecycle, from pipeline generation through renewal and expansion.
What You'll Do
Own the operating cadence around forecasting, pipeline hygiene, deal inspection, coverage, and conversion — surfacing risks and gaps against the number before they become surprises
Build and own the dashboards and KPIs leadership needs to run the business, including weekly operating metrics, QBRs, and GTM reporting for executive and Board meetings
Translate the revenue plan into an executable operating model: capacity and headcount planning, territories, quotas, pipeline requirements, compensation design, and productivity analysis
Act as the GTM quarterback for MSAs, DPAs, amendments, NDAs, procurement, and customer redlines — coordinating with counsel and internal stakeholders and maintaining contracting playbooks to keep deals moving (owning the process, not acting as the lawyer)
Help structure deals and manage pricing/discount approvals, order forms, and non-standard terms, driving the commercial process from opportunity through signature
Partner with Marketing on HubSpot/Salesforce, Clari, and the broader GTM tech stack, maintaining data integrity so the business has one reliable source of truth for pipeline, bookings, ARR, and customer data
Connect Sales with Marketing, CS, Finance, Product, and Legal, and expand this connective role over time to include pipeline attribution, renewals/expansion, commissions, and customer handoffs
What You Have
5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with exposure to security or other technical/enterprise sales cycles
A track record of owning forecasting and pipeline processes end-to-end, with the rigor to spot risk before it shows up in the number
Hands-on experience structuring commercial deals and running deal desk processes — pricing, discounting, non-standard terms, order forms
Comfort operating as the process owner (not the drafter) across legal and contracting workflows — MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, redlines — coordinating counsel and stakeholders to keep deals moving
Strong working fluency in Salesforce/HubSpot, Clari, and the broader GTM tech stack, with a data-integrity mindset
Experience building executive-facing reporting and dashboards, and translating a revenue plan into an operating model (capacity, quotas, territories, comp)
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with a distributed team, with the autonomy and pace expected at an early-stage startup
Why Miggo
A high-visibility seat that touches every part of the revenue org — Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Legal — with direct exposure to executive and Board-level reporting
Ground-floor opportunity to build the RevOps function and its systems, playbooks, and processes from a still-early stage, rather than inheriting someone else's stack
Backed by leading cybersecurity investors and recognized by Gartner® as a Cool Vendor in AI Security, with strong customer and partner traction
Direct line to the VP Sales, with real influence over how the company plans, forecasts, and closes deals
Competitive compensation and equity as an early member of the GTM leadership team
