This is a remote, U.S.-based sales role focused on contacting company-provided leads, explaining our recovery services, building trust with potential clients, answering questions, overcoming objections, and converting qualified prospects into signed clients. The role also requires consistent follow-up, accurate CRM documentation, and coordination with the operations team to ensure complete client files move forward for claims processing. You will not be responsible for processing claims—your primary responsibility is converting assigned leads into signed, Operations-approved client files.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Recovery Services Sales Specialist will contact assigned prospective clients using approved communication methods and explain recovery services, fee structure, claims processes, and next steps in a clear and professional manner. This role will build trust with prospective clients through ethical, transparent, and customer-focused communication.
  • This position will address client questions and objections using approved sales practices, obtain signed agreements and authorizations, collect onboarding documentation, and coordinate review of client records and supporting documents.
  • The role will maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, follow-up notes, and client communication documentation. The Recovery Services Sales Specialist will also conduct timely follow-up to maximize lead conversion opportunities and ensure prospective clients remain engaged throughout the process.
  • This position will coordinate with Operations, Research, Document, and Claims Processing teams to support complete file handoff, workflow accuracy, and client service quality. The specialist will also support productivity goals, conversion expectations, quality assurance standards, confidentiality requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass required background and reference checks.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, client relations, call center operations, or lead generation is required. Experience using CRM systems and customer management platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in outbound sales, lead conversion, intake services, financial services, insurance, legal intake, recovery services, or remote performance-based work is also preferred.

Skills

  • The ideal candidate will have strong sales, lead conversion, client relationship-building, verbal communication, written communication, and customer service skills. This role requires the ability to overcome objections, explain services clearly, and maintain professionalism throughout the client conversation.
  • The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple follow-ups, CRM updates, documentation tasks, and client communication deadlines. Strong time management, multitasking, problem-solving, decision-making, and remote work discipline are required.
  • The role also requires confidentiality, ethical conduct, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement and performance excellence.

What We Offer

Eligible employees may receive standard W-2 employee benefits, including paid time off, family and medical leave, health and dental insurance, supplemental health and disability insurance, retirement savings plan options, performance-based incentives and commissions, and professional development and training opportunities.
