We are looking for a Reporting Analyst, Credit Risk to join our Credit Risk team, so if you’re passionate about commercial lending and have experience with financial data analysis, we’d like to hear from you.

What’s the role?
Reporting to the AVP, Credit Risk & Portfolio Monitoring, the Reporting Analyst, Credit Risk is responsible to ensure accurate and timely financial data analysis for the Risk Management team. Responsibilities include gathering, validating, and cleaning financial data, collaborating with departments to identify key risk indicators, implementing metrics and models, and maintaining data governance. The analyst conducts in-depth data analysis to identify trends and outliers, providing insights to support decision-making. Generating regular risk reports and dashboards, integrating Power BI reports, and automating processes for efficiency are key focuses. The Reporting Analyst, Credit Risk also ensures compliance with regulations, communicates findings to non-technical stakeholders, and assists in regulatory audits. Overall, the role contributes to the institution's risk management strategy through effective data management, analysis, and process improvement.
Your duties will include:
Responsible for designing and generating regular risk reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Integrate Power BI reports into other applications or platforms used within the financial institution. Create ad- hoc reports to address specific inquiries or emerging risk issues.
Identify opportunities for process automation to streamline data collection and reporting procedures. Continuously improve existing reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and IT, to ensure alignment of risk reporting activities with broader organizational objectives.
Responsible to communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure that risk reports comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory audits and examinations.
What are we looking for?
Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration)
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a financial institution
Understanding of credit union operations, principles, and values.

Career Band Range (Annual Salary) - $72,535.00 to $90,173.00
The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
