Regional Account Manager
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland

We are seeking a Regional Account Manager based in Belfast to drive growth across Northern Ireland, managing a portfolio of public‑sector and private‑sector customers. You will act as the primary account owner for organisations across the region, developing trusted relationships and guiding them through their cybersecurity transformation journey.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will: • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets • Drive adoption of Fortinet’s security and networking portfolio across public‑sector bodies, commercial organisations, and mid‑enterprise customers • Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key decision‑makers, influencers, and stakeholders • Lead and coordinate internal teams to deliver customer‑focused proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work • Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and contract closure • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within the CRM • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution delivery • Travel within Northern Ireland and occasionally the wider UK or Ireland region as required to support customer engagements
We Are Looking For: A driven and collaborative account manager with strong commercial acumen. You should apply if you have: • Proven experience in technology sales, ideally within cybersecurity, networking, or cloud infrastructure • Demonstrated success selling into public‑sector organisations and mid‑enterprise/private‑sector customers • Strong understanding of IT security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure networking • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences • A customer‑centric mindset, with the ability to identify value, solve challenges, and drive long‑term relationships
