Position: Recruitment Manager (US Operations)

Salary: PHP 90,000 - 150,000

Working Hours & Conditions: Aligned to US hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST); Full-time (remote); Independent Contractor

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Recruitment Manager to oversee and scale three core operational delivery functions: Candidate Engagement, Recruitment Coordination, and Data Research. In this leadership role, you will align team workflows with US business hours, drive performance metrics, and ensure the seamless execution of end-to-end candidate pipelines. If you excel at leading multi-disciplinary recruitment teams and optimizing talent acquisition operations for top-tier global clients, this is a pivotal opportunity to drive strategic operational success

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage three distinct functional teams: Candidate Engagement, Recruitment Coordination, and Data Research.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), daily delivery targets, and service level agreements (SLAs) tailored to US market timelines.
  • Monitor daily operational outputs, conduct workflow reviews, and implement continuous process improvements across all teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture focused on speed, precision, and quality candidate experience.

Candidate Engagement Oversight

  • Guide the Candidate Engagement team in developing proactive outreach strategies for passive and active talent pools across the US.
  • Quality-check candidate screening standards, interview preparation materials, and communication workflows.
  • Ensure high conversion rates from initial outreach to qualified candidate submission.

Recruitment Coordination Oversight

  • Oversee the end-to-end scheduling and logistics management for client interviews, candidate briefings, and feedback loops.

  • Ensure administrative accuracy in applicant tracking system (ATS) updates, compliance documentation, and offer processing.
  • Streamline candidate and client touchpoints to reduce friction and eliminate delays in the hiring lifecycle.

Data Research & Market Intelligence Oversight

  • Direct the Data Research team in talent mapping, market research, and lead generation initiatives targeting key US industry sectors.
  • Maintain high data integrity and database hygiene standards across CRM/ATS systems.
  • Translate research insights and talent availability maps into actionable sourcing plans for the delivery team.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with at least 2–3 years in a direct team management or operational leadership role.
  • Market Exposure: Proven experience supporting or managing US recruitment workflows and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Operational Leadership: Demonstrated track record of managing multi-functional operational teams (sourcing, coordination, or research).
  • Schedule Availability: Fully committed to working standard US Eastern Standard Time (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST) to support transatlantic client and candidate operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Recruitment CRM/ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, JobDiva) and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, data enrichment platforms).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
