Position Overview:
The Recruiting & Strategic Growth Coordinator is responsible for proactively engaging prospective recruits through high-volume outbound outreach and consistent follow-up activities. This role serves as the first point of contact in the recruiting process, building interest in career opportunities through phone calls, texts, social media messaging, voicemail drops, and other communication channels. The role also maintains an active pipeline of candidates, ensures timely follow-up, documents all recruitment activity within the CRM, and works closely with Management to support recruiting goals and enhance candidate engagement.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Candidate Sourcing and Contact Management
- Set up initial meetings and follow-up activities by connecting with possible recruits via call, text, video text, direct message on social media platforms, and other forms of communications.
- Distribute reminder/confirmation messages regarding upcoming appointments to recruits
- Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) platform to develop a follow-up plan for each recruit to ensure the recruitment process remains active until the recruit is engaged with the Sales Leaders.
- Notify Sales Leader of the weekly “to do’s” necessary for assisting in engaging recruits, including but not limited to: ○ Sending items of value such as books, notes, and text/video texts
- Using slydial to send voicemails to passive candidates
- Document all activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) platform regarding recruitment efforts on all recruits
- Turn in a weekly scorecard to leadership with activities documented.
- Actively participate in Market Leader recruiting strategy calls
- Candidate Research and Marketing
- Build a strong working relationship with Sales Leaders to understand their vision, core values, and priorities for each market and candidate profile/production level.
- Identify key stories from Sales Leaders, associates, and personal experiences with the company to share with recruits.
- Maintain a daily presence on LinkedIn by connecting and networking with possible recruits, delivering content via postings, and engaging with shared content.
- Validate potential candidate’s production using data sources (e.g., MMI)

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in recruiting, sales, telemarketing, customer service, call center operations, lead generation, or business development preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage prospective candidates.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and managing multiple candidate conversations simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and effectively manage a candidate pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, LinkedIn, and other recruiting or social networking platforms.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
