The Branch Assistant supports the Branch Manager and Loan Originators with administrative tasks and the processing of loan products. They are responsible for managing loan pipelines, maintaining compliance with mortgage regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Software Support Analyst provides frontline technical support by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and enterprise applications. They are responsible for managing helpdesk tickets, supporting onboarding processes, and maintaining end-user technology infrastructure.

The IT Support Analyst provides day-to-day technical support, including troubleshooting OS and hardware issues and managing helpdesk tickets. They are also responsible for deploying end-user hardware, maintaining inventory, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Evaluate residential mortgage loan applications to determine creditworthiness and risk while ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. Issue loan decisions and communicate conditions clearly to processors and loan officers to ensure timely closings.
