Job Summary 

The Recruiting Coordinator supports full-cycle hiring across a variety of technical, project-based, and corporate roles, including mechanical and electrical engineers, designers, commissioning specialists, field technicians, operations staff, and shared-services positions.


As a member of the HR team, this position partners with hiring teams to understand each role, attract and screen qualified talent, coordinate interviews, facilitate offers and pre-employment activities, and provide a smooth candidate experience through onboarding.


The ideal candidate has experience supporting high-volume talent acquisition and can effectively shift between highly technical searches and broader corporate functions as business needs evolve.


The Recruiting Coordinator will receive general direction on routine responsibilities and more detailed guidance on new or unfamiliar assignments. The position requires sound judgment, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day priorities while collaborating closely with the broader HR team.


This person will operate in alignment with organizational values, departmental objectives, and established HR practices.


Essential Functions

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (85%)

  • Independently manage recruiting activities across 20–30 active requisitions, including resume review, candidate screening, interview coordination, and process follow-up.
  • Support hiring across technical, project-based, field, operational, and corporate functions, adapting to changing business needs and candidate profiles.
  • Manage a high volume of candidate and hiring team communication while maintaining timely, professional follow-up.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure candidates and interviewers have the information needed throughout the process.
  • Collect and track interviewer feedback, following up with hiring teams to keep decisions moving forward.
  • Draft and distribute offer letters and benefit summaries and initiate background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring data within the applicant tracking system and internal records.
  • Provide consistent communication and a positive candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Maintain and organize the job description library in partnership with HR and department leaders.

Human Resources Support (15%)

  • Maintain HR templates, resources, and internal documentation.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and department-wide projects.
  • Help document and improve HR procedures, identifying opportunities to streamline or automate processes.
  • Provide administrative, research, and project support based on HR team priorities and broader business needs.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR.
  • 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or broader HR experience; high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across technical, project-based, field, and corporate functions, with the flexibility to shift between different talent profiles as hiring priorities evolve.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on job qualifications and overall role alignment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, recruiting best practices, and candidate experience.
  • Experience managing recruiting pipelines and maintaining accurate information within an applicant tracking system; Rippling ATS experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple requisitions, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling confidential candidate and employee information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Comfortable learning and working across HRIS, ATS, talent management, and other business systems.
  • Resourceful and technology-minded, with experience leveraging AI, automation, or other tools to improve recruiting and HR workflows.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to build productive relationships across the organization.

  • Frequently required to remain in a stationary position. 
  • Frequently moving through home office. 
  • May occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. 


Travel Requirements 

  • Up to 5%, this may include travel to any or all 50 US states.
  • Travel is defined as physically leaving home on behalf of business activities including but not limited to client sites, meetings with other employees, meeting for business development purposes, running errands on behalf of the business, attending industry conferences, etc.
