You will lead product marketing initiatives for the legislative suite by developing go-to-market strategies and defining product positioning. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales collateral and build AI-native workflows to scale marketing efforts.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic lead for driving our product marketing initiatives across Quorum’s legislative suite. Your mission is to serve as the pivotal link between our technical product and the market by shaping our product's distinct voice, creating compelling messaging architectures, and orchestrating comprehensive go-to-market strategies. You will own how Quorum AI is positioned in the market as AI for government affairs, and model what an AI-native marketer looks like inside Quorum, building AI workflows and tools that scale how PMM works.. This position is for a senior individual contributor who brings advanced, wide-ranging experience to solve complex problems, leveraging in-depth knowledge and alignment with company objectives. You will collaborate deeply with executive stakeholders, Product Development, and Sales teams to enhance market positioning and accelerate revenue growth.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Orchestration: Develop and independently execute sophisticated, end-to-end GTM strategies for new feature rollouts and product launches to enhance market visibility, user onboarding, and product adoption.
AI-First Positioning & Segmented Messaging: Define, refine, and champion competitively differentiated positioning frameworks and value propositions for Quorum’s legislative suite, including establishing Quorum as the category leader for AI in government affairs. Create segmented messaging streams and product tours tailored to unique buyer personas and market tiers, backed by product and customer proof points.
Competitive Intel & Market Analysis: Lead rigorous, ongoing competitive analysis and deep market research to discover industry trends, evaluate competitor strategies, provide technical guidance for product direction, and convert intel to engaging external assets. Internally, evangelize and develop AI workflows to help the sales team leverage the most up-to-date intel.
Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner closely across the organization—particularly with Product, Account Management, and Sales functions—to translate complex platform capabilities into impactful sales toolkits and buyer collateral. Partner with cross-functional teams to lead monthly enablement sessions and promote product knowledge.
Sales Decks: Update and create new challenger and executive business review decks to help Sales showcase the value of Quorum, reframing how buyers think about their legislative workflows.
AI-Native Workflows: Use AI tools like Claude and build shareable AI workflows to scale research, analysis, content, and innovative PMM priorities. Build prototypes, demos, and internal tools with vibe-coding platforms like Lovable to shorten launch timelines and increase team output.
Professional Marketing Experience: At least 5 years of direct product marketing experience within a high-growth technology or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company (or 8+ years of broader marketing experience).
Go-To-Market Expertise: Proven track record of independently developing marketing strategies and executing successful product and feature launches.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives for technical products.
AI Fluency: Daily, hands-on use of AI tools for research, analysis, and content creation, with experience building working prototypes or tools on vibe-coding platforms such as Claude.
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in market analysis, audience segmentation, and target positioning.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related professional field.
Industry Familiarity: Prior experience marketing software solutions tailored to government affairs or legislative tracking.
AI Product Marketing: Experience positioning an AI product or AI-driven features for skeptical or high-trust buyers.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire team collaboration, align multi-departmental stakeholders, and drive product visibility.
