The Product Integration Specialist plays a critical role supporting internal teams at Creative Learning Systems. The team member in this role works cross-functionally to bridge between strategic planning and implementation. They do this by promoting stakeholder alignment, coordinating communication across departments, and supporting change management efforts related to projects.

Requirements

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Leverages digital tools like to build efficiency in project progress tracking and reporting
  • Collaborates with team leadership to identify resource allocation challenges and opportunities: prevent redundancies, identify potential schedule blockers, mitigate risks due to dependencies, and the like.
  • Facilitates regular project progress meetings and communicates updates cross-functionally
  • Supports cross functional alignment and collaboration by identifying confluence points and works with each team to identify necessary tasks and resources to facilitate synergies related to those points
  • Facilitate coordinated change management across various departments within the organization which includes identifying, planning, and monitoring strategies to support effective change initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Education and Experience Needed

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven track record in a project management or operations leadership and optimization role including but not limited to development of workflows, project tracking tools and cross-functional collaboration
  • PMP Certification preferred

Benefits

  • $50 an hour
  • 20-30 hours a week
  • 3-month contract with potential to extend
