About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Sales Professional to join MyOutDesk. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by connecting with prospective clients across global markets, understanding their business needs, and introducing solutions that help them achieve their goals. You will build lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients across international markets through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Present and recommend solutions that align with each client's unique needs and business goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to support lead generation and execute international business development initiatives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster trust, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience supporting U.S.-based clients in the BPO, outsourcing, virtual staffing, or remote services industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills with the ability to establish trust with U.S.-based clients.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Willingness and flexibility to work U.S. business hours or shifting schedules to support international clients.
- Must meet MyOutDesk's remote work requirements, including a dedicated home office, reliable high-speed internet, and equipment that satisfies the company's technical standards.
