Get Linked Up is a virtual staffing company specializing in connecting law firms with highly qualified remote professionals. Our current focus is supporting personal injury law firms by identifying candidates who understand the demands, terminology, and daily operations of a busy legal practice.

We are seeking an experienced part-time Legal Recruiter/Headhunter who can help us build a strong pipeline of talented professionals and fulfill our clients’ staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for personal injury law firms.
• Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, professionalism, and readiness for remote work.
• Assess bilingual candidates and verify their ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Recruit for positions including:
  • Personal Injury Case Managers
  • Paralegals and Legal Assistants
  • Intake Specialists
  • Medical Records and Billing Clerks
  • Demand Writers
  • Litigation Support Staff
  • Other administrative and legal-support positions
• Use headhunting and proactive sourcing techniques to identify strong candidates.
• Maintain an organized and dependable talent pipeline.
• Present qualified candidates to Get Linked Up with clear interview notes and recommendations.
• Help determine what talent is currently available and advise us on candidate quality, experience, compensation expectations, and market availability.
• Work closely with our team to understand each client’s requirements and fill open positions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or headhunting experience is required.
• Direct experience recruiting for personal injury law firms is strongly preferred.
• A solid understanding of the responsibilities and qualifications required for personal injury case managers, paralegals, intake specialists, billing and records clerks, and related positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
• Experience interviewing and evaluating bilingual English/Spanish candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to passive candidates.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing methods.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal person already understands the personal injury legal industry and knows how to recognize candidates who can succeed in a fast-paced law firm. You should be comfortable asking detailed, position-specific questions—not simply reviewing résumés—and capable of distinguishing an experienced candidate from someone with only general legal or administrative experience.
