Litigation Paralegal

Support attorneys across active caseloads in a fully remote, fast-moving environment

Draft and prepare motions, mediation briefs, discovery requests, discovery responses, and other litigation documents

Manage deadlines, coordinate filings, and keep cases moving forward with precision

Organize and maintain case files, records, and client communications in our cloud-based systems

Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed

Apply a project-manager mindset to juggle multiple cases without dropping the ball

5+ years of California employment litigation experience

Demonstrated ability to draft motions, mediation briefs, discovery, and related documents

Project-manager mentality with serious deadline discipline

Highly self-directed and able to operate with minimal oversight

Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred

Prior remote-work experience strongly preferred
