As our Paid Digital Media Manager at Yalo, you will lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns across a diverse range of channels to drive client success and performance. Your expertise in actively managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, programmatic ads, and Google Ads, will be crucial. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign management and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

    • Manage the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, including budget allocation, performance monitoring, and campaign optimization
    • Deliver hands-on excellence in the Google and Meta Ads platforms, as well as other leading social media platforms, and programmatic platforms
    • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization for performance improvement
    • Oversee the scheduling, implementation, and tracking of other non-core digital platforms, including digital out-of-home (DOOH) and digital audio advertising campaigns, when applicable.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
    • Foster relationships with media vendors and platform partners to enable optimal campaign performance.

Digital Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives, including research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform tactical execution
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including account management and creative, to ensure alignment of digital strategies to optimize digital media campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs
    • Lead and manage digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, and other social media advertising channels

Analytics and Reporting:

    • Analyze campaign performance data using native analytics tools and Google Analytics
    • Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders, recommending tactical changes for future campaign improvements

Client Interaction and Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and adjust strategies accordingly
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and technical staff, to ensure cohesive and successful campaign execution

Continual Learning and Adaptation:

    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising
    • Implement new technologies and methodologies that enhance campaign performance and efficiencies

Requirements

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on digital advertising across multiple channels
  • Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic advertising, and other social media advertising platforms
  • Experience with digital out-of-home (DOOH) and digital audio advertising is highly desirable, but not required
  • Proficient in using native analytics tools and Google Analytics
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends
