About the Role
As National Key Account Manager, you will direct the commercial approach for our Safe Patient Handling portfolio, including overhead hoists, ceiling track systems, mobile lifts, slings, and patient transfer solutions.
This strategic role emphasizes business development. You will work alongside our Med Surg sales teams, Therapy Specialists, and Overhead Solutions colleagues to see opportunities, help with customer evaluations, and offer solutions that positively affect patients and healthcare professionals.
You'll have the autonomy to develop territory plans, build senior-level customer relationships, and drive growth across a portfolio with significant market opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a nationwide expansion plan for the Safe Patient Handling portfolio.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within NHS Acute Trusts, Community Equipment Services, and Coordinated Care Systems.
  • Build relationships with clinical, procurement, operational, estates, and senior leadership collaborators.
  • Handle and develop major strategic accounts within the UK.
  • Support tender opportunities, framework agreements, and capital equipment projects.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training where required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal clinical and commercial teams to deliver the best possible customer solutions.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and business updates.

What We're Seeking
We're interested in hearing from commercially driven and relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in complex healthcare environments and understand the complexities of NHS selling.

You'll ideally bring:
  • A successful track record in medical device, healthcare equipment, or healthcare solution sales.
  • Experience selling into NHS Acute Care environments.
  • Strong account management and business development skills.
  • Experience managing multiple collaborators throughout complex sales processes.
  • The ability to influence and engage both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to win and grow business.
Experience within patient handling, rehabilitation, mobility, pressure care, or capital equipment sales would be advantageous
