Mid+ Training Specialist

Currently, we are seeking a Training Specialist with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: 

Position Title: Mid+ Training Specialist 

Location: LATAM 

The Training Specialist designs, develops, and delivers engaging learning experiences and training content for Technical Support Representatives (TSRs). Reporting directly to the Training Manager, this role bridges product release documentation and support enablement by creating interactive e-Learnings, video/audio content, quizzes, and live virtual sessions in both English and Spanish. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Content Development & Assessment: Digest release notes and product documentation to build quizzes, weekly knowledge checks, e-Learnings, and refresher courses. 

• Multimedia Training Creation: Leverage video/audio editing tools and AI generation platforms

to produce polished instructional assets, voiceovers, and visual guides. 

• LMS Administration & Maintenance: Upload, organize, and maintain learning paths and course materials within the company LMS, ensuring deprecated content is updated or retired. 

• Training Facilitation: Plan and conduct engaging virtual training sessions via Zoom/Google Meet (and occasional live sessions) for new hires and ongoing team upskilling. 

• Bilingual Localization: Ensure training materials are accessible and translated into Spanish for LATAM team members to drive clear comprehension. 

• Project Tracking & Coordination: Manage instructional design workflows, tasks, and content lifecycles through project management software (Asana preferred). 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Support Managers, SMEs, and documentation leads to gather accurate technical inputs and identify coaching opportunities. 

• Update, review, and maintain knowledge base articles in Salesforce. 

• Review and score TSR calls to support the Quality Assurance (QA) team as needed. 

• Support other team activities, projects, and tasks as needed. 

• Use Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets for training development, collaboration, and delivery.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience 

• 2+ Years in Technical Training Design: Proven experience creating e-Learning modules, assessments, and structured training materials. 

• LMS Familiarity: Practical experience using any enterprise Learning Management System (Docebo, Adobe Captivate Prime, Articulate, etc.) to upload and manage courses.

• Bilingua Proficiency: Advanced written and verbal English communication, paired with fluent Spanish for content adaptation and facilitation. 

• Multimedia Editing Skills: Hands-on experience with audio editing (e.g., Audacity) and video screen capture/editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Quicktime). 

• Project Management Tool Exposure: Working knowledge of task tracking platforms (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp). 

• Agile & Autonomous Mindset: Ability to self-manage deadlines, adapt quickly to software updates, and collaborate effectively in remote environments. }

Nice to Have 

• Experience using AI-assisted media tools (e.g., HeyGen, AI voiceover generators).

• Direct experience with Docebo LMS or Salesforce Knowledge Base. 

• Background in supporting technical customer service or SaaS helpdesk environments. Tools & Ecosystem
