SUMMARY: As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing the entire marketing tech stack for effective campaign delivery. You will actively engage with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Qualified.com, and Salesforce to manage campaigns, ensure data integrity, and streamline automation workflows. In this position, you will closely collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing to guarantee the systems are functioning at their best, monitor campaign performance, and translate real-time buyer insights into actionable tactics. Your contributions will be vital in establishing efficient processes that enhance campaign effectiveness and directly drive pipeline development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under the supervision of marketing leadership, manage the day-to-day marketing tech stack.
- Build and maintain campaign objects in Salesforce/HubSpot, segment lists, and create workflows to support lead nurturing and optimize campaign performance.
- In collaboration with marketing leadership, establish a campaign reporting framework to support initiatives from ideation through to measurement.
- Own project management for the marketing organization, ensuring accuracy of projects, tasks, and timelines in ClickUp.
- Build emails, associate with proper campaigns, and maintain an email marketing calendar.
- Establish and maintain marketing reports in Salesforce.
- Set up Salesforce campaigns, associate segmentations, and ensure attribution accuracy.
- Assist in setting up and managing live and recorded webinars via Zoom, including registration tracking, follow-up emails, and post-event analytics.
- Assist the marketing team in properly using the marketing technology platforms.
- Help develop processes and analyses to measure and improve our efficacy and efficiency.
- In collaboration with BDR leadership, optimize Qualified.com, to ensure precise routing, lead capture, and engagement tracking.
- Ensure marketing and sales data is consistently synced across platforms (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce) to maintain clean, actionable insights
- Support the execution and QA of marketing campaigns
- Assist with documenting marketing processes and playbooks to drive consistency and team enablement
- Collaborate with sales and BDR teams to ensure accurate campaign attribution, lead follow-up, and program feedback

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B marketing operations, preferably in SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Excellent verbal, virtual, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to strategy and business development.
