Copywriting & Caption Strategy: Craft engaging, hook-driven captions, relevant Scripture references, calls to action, and effective hashtag strategies that encourage saves, shares, and comments.
Content Collaboration: Partner closely with the Video Editor and Graphic Designer to receive polished reels, vertical clips, and visual assets, ensuring optimal formatting for each platform.
Story & Real-Time Engagement: Post interactive Instagram and Facebook Stories throughout the week (polls, sermon reflections, prayer prompts, countdowns to Sunday).
Community Management: Monitor post comments and direct messages (DMs) with warmth and promptness, answering logistical questions and routing prayer requests or pastoral care needs to church leadership.
Platform Trends & Insights: Stay current on evolving social media trends, trending audio, and algorithm best practices to continually increase the ministry's organic reach.
