BAMKO is one of the top 10 largest companies in the branded merchandise space and the fastest growing of any of the top 50 companies in the $25 billion dollar industry. Over the last 5 years, BAMKO has won countless awards, including Best Places to Work & Best Client Promotions. This includes but is not limited to Dunkin’ Donuts, Tesla, Microsoft, Peloton and more! We are a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and innovative company where culture is at our core. We attract and retain high-level talent that continues to outpace the competition. If you are driven, have big brain ideas, are competitive and enjoy working with multiple teams, we want you to be a part of building something special here at BAMKO.

BAMKO is investing in marketing as a core growth engine, and this role sits at the center of it. You'll set the operations and analytics strategy for a growing marketing function, then roll up your sleeves and build it. You'll own the systems, data, and insight that tie every marketing dollar to revenue. When leadership asks what's working, where to invest next, or how marketing moves the business, your work gives them the answer.

This role is for someone who wants both ownership and hands-on work. Some days you'll be in front of executives shaping how the company measures growth. Other days you'll be deep in a workflow, a data sync, or a dashboard, making sure it works. If you're ambitious and want to help shape the future of a marketing organization inside a publicly traded company, this is that opportunity.

What YOU will do:

  • Set the strategy: Define the marketing operations and analytics roadmap: how we capture, route, measure, and report on demand. Help decide how the marketing organization grows from here.
  • Own the platform: Lead HubSpot (Marketing Hub Enterprise) as the operating backbone of marketing. Set the standards for properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, and data governance, and hold the organization to them.
  • Connect the data: Partner with IT so marketing and business systems work together cleanly. Own data quality, field mapping, and sync logic, so leadership can trust the numbers it sees.
  • Connect marketing to sales: Design and support the routing, qualification, and handoff processes that turn marketing demand into sales pipeline, then measure and tighten them over time.
  • Measure what matters: Lead campaign tracking, GA4, tag management, and conversion tracking across channels. Build attribution models that show marketing's full contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Tell the story in numbers: Build the dashboards executive leadership relies on for pipeline, revenue contribution, and funnel efficiency.
  • Shape the stack: Evaluate and implement the marketing technology that gives us an edge, including data enrichment, intent, and advertising platforms.
  • Raise the bar on execution: Own segmentation, list strategy, and QA standards so every program goes out right.

Who YOU are:

  • 5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations, including 3+ years as a hands-on HubSpot administrator
  • A track record of building integrations between a CRM and other business systems
  • Working knowledge of GA4, tag management platforms, and ad platform conversion tracking
  • Strong analytical skills, with SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling and experience in a BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Experience in B2B environments with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • The confidence to present data to senior leadership and defend the methodology behind it
  • A builder's mindset: you see a gap, design the fix, document it, and make it stick
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace; you'd rather build something than wait for it to be handed to you

Nice to have

  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with data warehouses or GA4 BigQuery export
  • Experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, or Apollo
  • Background in distribution, manufacturing, or companies that sell through multiple channels
