The Role

We are looking for a Major Account Manager in Germany with a strong hunter mindset and the ability to develop high-value enterprise relationships. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and win new strategic logos while also growing and protecting a portfolio of existing customers and prospects. You will build executive-level relationships, open doors with senior decision-makers, and drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities across the German market.

This role is ideal for a strategic, resilient, and proactive sales professional who can combine disciplined prospecting with strong account planning, executive presence, and the ability to develop into a consistent closer of major new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and win new strategic logos, opening high-value enterprise relationships to drive net-new revenue growth.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers and prospects, identifying expansion, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Apply structured and disciplined prospecting methodologies to identify, qualify, and prioritize new target accounts.
• Secure and lead executive-level meetings, demonstrating credibility, confidence, and strong value articulation.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and gain access to decision-makers across complex enterprise buying committees.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with a multi-year view.
• Navigate and overcome entry barriers through strategic thinking, persistence, and resilience.
• Lead early-stage deal progression and support complex, multi-stakeholder deal orchestration.
• Coordinate a virtual account team, including sales engineers, specialists, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions, including pricing and contract negotiations.
• Use Check Point tools to manage accounts, pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity.

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales or major account management experience in complex sales environments.
• Proven hunter mindset with strong drive for net-new logo acquisition and enterprise account penetration.
• Experience in cyber security is required; exposure to cloud security, network security, firewall, AI-driven security, or advanced threat prevention is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business while expanding and protecting existing enterprise accounts.
• Strong executive presence and confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience managing large and complex enterprise customers, including multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Disciplined approach to prospecting, qualification, account planning, forecasting, and cross-functional orchestration.
• Strategic, resilient, and proactive profile with the ability to overcome resistance, ambiguity, and competitive pressure.
• Channel-friendly mindset and ability to work effectively with partners and internal virtual teams.
• Clear potential and ambition to grow into a consistent closer in high-value new business pursuits.
• Fluent German and English are required.
