As a leading recruitment agency, we are partnering with a dynamic company to provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking users on various social media platforms.

As an Italian Speaking Support for Social Media – Instant Messaging, you will be responsible for engaging with users through instant messaging channels, resolving their inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive online experience for Italian-speaking users.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with Italian-speaking users through instant messaging platforms
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist users with account-related issues, technical difficulties, and general inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to users
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company guidelines and policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform features

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Prior experience in customer support or related roles is preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills in Italian
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of popular social media platforms and their messaging features
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer support tools
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
