Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Italian Speaking Client Advisor to join our team in Greece. We have partnered with Netflix, the world's leading streaming entertainment service, and we are looking for someone to provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers.

As an Italian Speaking Client Advisor for Netflix, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for delivering a seamless streaming experience.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers
  • Assist customers with account management, billing, and technical support
  • Provide recommendations and troubleshoot streaming issues
  • Guide customers through setting up and using various features
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with Netflix content and features

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of streaming technologies and Netflix products/services is a plus
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
