Position
Magna Legal Services is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and evolve our marketing function during an exciting period of growth. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that strengthens our brand, generates demand, supports business development efforts, and drives measurable business results across our portfolio of legal services.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Marketing will build marketing capabilities that scale with the business while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Recruiting to position Magna as the market leader in legal support services.

Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute Magna's overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Modernize Magna’s current marketing motion by leveraging AI (GEO, automation, etc.)
- Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance measurement.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while identifying opportunities to expand capabilities.
- Establish marketing KPIs and regularly communicate performance and ROI to executive leadership.
- Serve as the company's marketing subject matter expert and strategic advisor.
Brand & Communications
- Strengthen Magna's brand positioning across all service lines and target markets.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all channels.
- Oversee corporate communications, thought leadership, public relations, and executive visibility initiatives.
- Develop compelling content that demonstrates Magna's expertise and differentiates the company in the marketplace.
Demand Generation & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Optimize digital marketing channels including website, SEO, paid media, email marketing, webinars, social media, and marketing automation.
- Improve website performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Leverage analytics to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and marketing investment.
Sales Enablement
- Partner closely with Business Development leadership to support pipeline generation and client acquisition.
- Develop sales collateral, presentations, case studies, proposal content, and customer success stories.
- Support industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and client events. Maintain ROI for each event.
- Create and implement account-based marketing initiatives for strategic target clients.
Product & Service Marketing
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new services, technology offerings, and business initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to clearly communicate Magna's value proposition across all service lines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Desired Background
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading B2B marketing for professional services, legal services, technology, SaaS, healthcare, financial services, or another consultative industry.
- Proven success developing demand generation strategies that drive measurable business growth.
- Experience leading brand strategy, digital marketing, content marketing, and marketing communications.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external agency relationships.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves while building scalable processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to law firms, corporate legal departments, insurance carriers, or government agencies.
- Experience supporting field sales or business development organizations.
- Expertise around building a modern, AI enabled marketing stack. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEM platforms, and marketing automation technologies.
- Experience leading organizational growth, rebranding, or digital transformation initiatives.

$200,000 - $200,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
