About the Role

Globalli is seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team and support hiring across our growing, multinational organization. This role will report to the HR Manager and partner closely with hiring managers across Technology, Go-to-Market, HR/Workforce Management, and corporate functions.

This is a hands-on talent acquisition role for someone who is comfortable working across different functions, seniority levels, countries, and time zones. The ideal candidate understands how recruiting works in a multinational environment and can adapt sourcing and hiring practices to different talent markets while maintaining a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

You will manage the recruiting process from role intake and sourcing through interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff, while keeping hiring managers informed and ensuring our ATS and recruiting data remain accurate and current.

What You’ll Do

Global Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across Technology, Go-to-Market, HR/Workforce Management, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, establish interview processes, and develop realistic hiring timelines.
  • Develop sourcing strategies based on the role, location, seniority, and local talent market.
  • Source both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews, assess qualifications against established requirements, and provide clear candidate feedback to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage offer processes in partnership with the HR Manager and hiring managers.
  • Complete recruiting activities and provide a clear handoff to HR for onboarding and new hire setup.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process and help deliver a strong candidate experience.

Global & Multinational Recruiting

  • Recruit across multiple countries and regions, including North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Understand how recruiting practices, talent availability, compensation expectations, employment considerations, and time zones can differ by market.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines in both established and emerging hiring markets.
  • Coordinate effectively with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
  • Develop practical sourcing strategies that balance talent quality, location, and cost considerations.

Recruiting Operations & Process

  • Manage candidate activity and workflows in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate candidate records, stage movement, interview feedback, and data hygiene.
  • Create and maintain job postings, candidate outreach, interview plans, and scorecards.
  • Track recruiting activity and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, offers, hiring activity, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager effectiveness.
  • Maintain organized recruiting documentation and ensure processes are followed consistently.
  • Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the company and hiring needs evolve.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Develop compelling candidate outreach and job postings that accurately represent Globalli and the opportunity.
  • Help strengthen Globalli's presence in relevant talent markets and professional communities.
  • Support employee referrals, social sourcing, and other initiatives that expand our talent pipeline.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition/recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology, SaaS, startup, or multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple functions, such as Technology, GTM/Sales, HR/Operations, Finance, or other professional roles.
  • Experience managing the recruiting lifecycle from intake through onboarding handoff.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries or international talent markets.
  • Strong sourcing experience, including hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse, including candidate tracking, workflow management, reporting, and data hygiene.
  • Strong candidate assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working directly with hiring managers and clarifying or challenging requirements when needed.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Reliable internet and a professional home-office environment.
  • Ability to maintain meaningful working-hour overlap with the New York/Eastern Time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for a global technology, SaaS, fintech, HR-tech, payroll, or workforce management company.
  • Technical recruiting experience, including engineering, SRE/infrastructure, data, or cloud roles.
  • Experience recruiting GTM roles, including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Marketing.
  • Experience recruiting HR, payroll, implementation, workforce management, or other operational roles.
  • Experience recruiting across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and/or APAC.
  • Spanish or another widely spoken business language.
  • Experience recruiting in a remote-first or distributed organization.
  • Experience working with compensation benchmarks and adapting recruiting strategies to different geographic markets.
  • Experience supporting employer branding, talent communities, or recruiting analytics.
