We are searching for an inspiring yet pragmatic Product Manager – Growth & Innovation to direct the progression and scaling of our primary account-switching software solutions across European regions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Hold complete accountability for the long-term strategic trajectory, vision, and execution plan of our primary account switch offerings. Lead both step-by-step feature additions and new product developments.
• European Market Growth & Opportunity Discovery: Actively uncover, evaluate, and capture new usage scenarios and commercial opportunities across Europe. Own new initiatives from early conceptualization through validation phases to broad market launch.
• Data-Driven Backlog Prioritization: Systematically structure and rank product user stories using deep metric evaluations, transaction insights, and validated customer requirements to drive business growth.
• Strategic Leadership & Sparring Partner: Work hand-in-hand with our Managing Director of Banking to sharpen broader product strategy, align financial goals, and maintain agile, streamlined decision processes.
• Requirement Engineering & Execution: Convert complex requirements from commercial banking clients, enterprise partners, and global users into structured, logical, and runnable development epics and user tasks.
• KPI Tracking & Continuous Iteration: Define clear key performance indicators for every software release and functionality enhancement. Continuously assess real-world outcomes against quantitative baselines to guide rapid product iteration.

Ideal Candidate Profile & Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Professional Experience: 3+ years of practical work experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Growth Manager, ideally within FinTech, commercial banking, or SaaS/API software domains.
• Data-Driven & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong commercial instinct paired with a proven record of making choices backed by solid analytical data, user metrics, and verified feedback rather than mere gut feeling.
• Language Skills: Complete fluency (C1 level or above) in both written and spoken German and English is mandatory for engaging with stakeholders and clients across DACH and global regions.
• Tool Proficiency: Routine, hands-on experience using agile project tools like Jira along with quantitative analysis tools such as MS Excel.
• Communication & Execution: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical ideas easily to engineering teams, clients, and executive management.
• Travel Willingness: Readiness to travel roughly four times per year for on-site team meetups in Kassel, Germany, along with occasional planned client visits.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Proven track record of launching or expanding API-driven or SaaS banking platforms across international European borders.
• Fluency in additional European languages on top of German and English.
