About Us
The complete customer lifecycle in banking is captured within transaction logs. Our core mission is to help enterprise clients interpret and utilize these datasets rapidly and easily to unlock substantial commercial value.
We are an agile, data-first FinTech firm characterized by a supportive, open, and honest workplace culture. We interact on an equal footing, give priority to strong logic over corporate hierarchy, and emphasize trust and individual ownership over detailed supervision. Built on agile, remote-first principles, we continuously reassess priorities, simplify scope, reach quick decisions, and iterate.
We are searching for a strategic, hands-on Product Manager – Growth & Innovation to drive the growth and ongoing innovation of our top account-switching products across European markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Assume total lifecycle responsibility for the strategic direction, product vision, and execution roadmap of our flagship account migration solutions. Drive both continuous feature improvements and brand-new product streams.
- European Market Growth & Opportunity Discovery: Proactively explore, validate, and execute on new use cases and market opportunities throughout Europe. Direct new concepts from early stage design through proof-of-concept tests to full commercial deployment.
- Data-Driven Backlog Prioritization: Structure and rank the product backlog with high discipline, using deep transaction analytics and user research to ensure maximum growth impact.
- Strategic Leadership & Sparring Partner: Act as a strategic partner to our Managing Director of Banking, assisting in shaping overall product direction, aligning revenue goals, and protecting agile, rapid execution paths.
- Requirement Engineering & Execution: Transform detailed inputs from banking institutions, corporate partners, and global users into clean, structured, and developer-ready epics and user stories.
- KPI Tracking & Continuous Iteration: Establish concrete success metrics for all feature updates and software releases. Continually measure product performance against quantitative baselines to support rapid iteration loops.

- Language Skills: High proficiency / C1 level in German and English (both written and oral) is mandatory for interacting with various internal and external stakeholders across DACH and global regions.
- Tool Proficiency: Daily, practical command of agile project applications like Jira, alongside data tools such as MS Excel.
