About Us
Bank transaction records offer an explicit picture of customer financial habits. Our primary mission is to empower business clients to effortlessly extract, analyze, and capitalize on these data records to deliver significant business impact quickly.
We are a progressive, data-focused FinTech business built around a culture of transparency, equity, and direct communication. We interact as peers, prioritize logic over organizational hierarchy, and value autonomy over micromanagement. Working within an agile, remote setup, we maintain a rapid pace of setting priorities, refining scope, making decisive choices, and continuously updating our offerings.
We are seeking a forward-looking, execution-minded Product Manager – Growth & Innovation to guide the expansion and market presence of our flagship European account-switching software platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Take full strategic and operational leadership over the future direction, vision, and delivery roadmap for our core account-switching product line. Drive both brand-new product concepts and continuous feature enhancements.
- European Market Growth & Opportunity Discovery: Methodically identify, assess, and act on untapped application areas and market opportunities across Europe. Lead programs from initial hypothesis through proof-of-concept testing to full European deployment.
- Data-Driven Backlog Prioritization: Rigorously organize and rank the development backlog using empirical metrics, transaction analytics, and verified client needs to accelerate product growth.
- Strategic Leadership & Sparring Partner: Partner closely with our Managing Director of Banking to refine product strategy, synchronize financial targets, and maintain fast, adaptable decision-making loops.
- Requirement Engineering & Execution: Translate intricate demands from financial institutions, corporate partners, and international clients into clear, structured, and developer-ready epics and user stories.
- KPI Tracking & Continuous Iteration: Establish clear performance metrics for every software release and feature update. Benchmark actual results against baseline metrics to guide ongoing product optimization.

- Tool Proficiency: Daily practical experience using agile project management systems like Jira alongside spreadsheet applications like MS Excel.
- Communication & Execution: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, with a knack for translating complex technical topics for software developers, business clients, and executive directors alike.
