The Role We are hunting for a senior, highly disciplined Sales / Business Development professional to take full ownership of our end-to-end outbound sales process. You will lead an Account-Based Sales (ABM) initiative—proactively target high-value DACH e-commerce businesses, deliver value-add pitches centered on Google Ads audits, and close ongoing retainer deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Outbound Sales: Lead the full outbound journey—starting with cold prospecting and qualification through to audits, pitching, and final contract execution.
• Multi-Touch Prospecting: Execute multi-channel outreach utilizing phone calls, personalized cold emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to reach decision-makers at German-speaking stores.
• High-Volume Outreach: Maintain heavy top-of-funnel daily output (~100–150 daily dials and touchpoints) to secure 1–2 qualified sales meetings per day.
• Audit-Driven Pitching: Deliver detailed Google Ads audits to show prospects clear and quantifiable financial growth potential.
• Pipeline & Deal Closing: Secure 4+ new client retainers per month (aiming for a ~20% close rate on qualified leads) alongside accurate CRM management.
• Strategic Market Feedback: Work with the founding team to refine target customer criteria, sales scripts, and outbound techniques.

Requirements & Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

• Language Skills: C2/Native German fluency is mandatory for conducting peer-level negotiations with DACH business leaders.
• Sales Track Record: 3 to 7 years in B2B sales roles, specifically selling Google Ads, Performance Marketing, or equivalent agency services.
• Outbound Expertise: Proven ability to close deals through cold outbound methods (not limited to managing inbound leads or account success).
• Domain Knowledge: Practical foundation in Google Ads and e-commerce business models to guide technical, value-oriented discussions.
• Work Ethic & Autonomy: High personal accountability and focus in a remote environment, demonstrated by consistently high outreach activity.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Established network among DACH e-commerce brands generating between €300k and €10M in annual revenue.
• Background selling adjacent solutions like Email Marketing or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Previous sales experience within established digital marketing or performance media agencies.
