We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Fractional Marketing Manager & Executive Assistant to join our client's team and take ownership of both strategic marketing activity and key executive support.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who can move comfortably between marketing strategy, campaign execution, client-facing administration and executive support. You will work closely with senior leadership, helping turn ideas into action while keeping day-to-day priorities organised and moving forward.
As the Fractional Marketing Manager, you will effectively operate as an extension of the client's marketing team. You will help shape the marketing strategy, coordinate execution and personally deliver key marketing activities.
You will also provide Executive Assistant support, helping senior leadership stay organised, prepared and focused on high-value priorities.
A key requirement of this role is that you are proactive and self-driven — you will be expected to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and take initiative without waiting for detailed instructions.
Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy and translate it into practical action plans.
Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including grant-funded advertising opportunities where applicable.
Manage and update website pages and landing pages using WordPress.
Create, manage and coordinate monthly newsletters through HubSpot.
Manage HubSpot CRM activity, including pipelines, automations and marketing workflows.
Create and maintain email templates for campaigns and prospect outreach.
Coordinate prospecting and outreach activity using Apollo and Revo.
Support webinar and event promotion through Eventbrite.
Coordinate the production of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, sales decks, flyers and case studies.
Create sales enablement materials and presentations for client and prospect meetings.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, SEO/PR agencies and other external suppliers.
Use Canva and Claude/Claude Design to create and support marketing materials.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.
Monitor marketing activity and help identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Proactively identify gaps, opportunities and improvements across all marketing activity.
Alongside marketing, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, including:
Managing calendars, meetings and appointments.
Coordinating meetings and ensuring key stakeholders are prepared.
Preparing agendas, presentations, reports and meeting materials.
Managing follow-ups and ensuring agreed actions are completed.
Organising documents, files and information using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Supporting email and correspondence management where required.
Coordinating internal and external communications.
Conducting research and preparing summaries or briefing documents.
Assisting with project coordination and keeping important deadlines on track.
Managing confidential information professionally and with discretion.
Helping senior leadership prioritise tasks and maintain visibility over key business activities.
Liaising with internal team members, clients, suppliers and external partners.
Proactively anticipating executive needs and ensuring nothing is missed or delayed.
Experience with the following platforms would be highly beneficial:
HubSpot – CRM, pipelines, automations and newsletters
Apollo – prospecting and outreach
Revo – prospecting/outreach
WordPress – website management and content updates
Canva – marketing and sales collateral
Claude / Claude Design – AI-assisted content and design
Google Workspace / Google Suite
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Eventbrite – event and webinar promotion

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
Confident working independently and taking ownership.
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative without constant direction.
Commercially minded and able to understand how marketing supports sales and business growth.
A strong communicator who can work with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Technologically confident and interested in AI, automation and modern marketing tools.
