SUMMARY:
The Marketing Technology & Foundation Specialist supports BBK's Marketing Team by helping maintain and continuously improve the systems and processes that drive the firm's marketing and business development efforts. Working closely and in partnership with the Marketing Technology & Operations Senior Manager, this position supports the ongoing development of Foundation, the firm's experience management platform, and other marketing technology tools used to organize, maintain, and leverage the firm's experience and related marketing information.
As BBK continues to expand its use of Foundation, this role offers the opportunity to help shape the platform's continued evolution, adoption, and long-term success across the firm.
Foundation is the primary focus of this position. The role is responsible for maintaining high-quality experience data, supporting user adoption, developing training resources, preparing reports and dashboards, participating in system enhancements and testing, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and data quality. Additional responsibilities include email marketing, reporting and analytics, website content management, and other marketing technology functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the ongoing administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the firm's Foundation experience management platform.
Maintain the quality, consistency, and integrity of Foundation data while proactively identifying opportunities to improve data governance, usability, and reporting.
Coordinate and participate in Foundation enhancements, integrations, system testing, upgrades, and other technology initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Technology & Operations Senior Manager, IT, and external vendors.
Provide ongoing user support, develop and maintain training materials and documentation, conduct user training, promote Foundation best practices, and support user adoption across the firm.
Partner with attorneys, Marketing, IT and other stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend Foundation solutions, and support continued adoption and effective use of the platform.
Support the firm's experience management initiatives by maintaining accurate and meaningful experience data for proposals, rankings, client development initiatives, attorney biographies and other marketing and business development efforts.
Support the administration and optimization of the firm's marketing technology platforms, including email marketing, reporting, analytics, project management, website updates, and other marketing technology and operational initiatives.
Develop reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data extracts that provide meaningful insights for business development, marketing initiatives, data quality, and operational decision-making.
Identify, recommend and help implement opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, enhance data quality, and increase operational efficiency across the Marketing Technology team.
Stay current on Foundation enhancements, best practices, and emerging marketing technology trends while assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned.
QualificationsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience supporting or administering Litera Foundation, including user adoption, training, reporting, data governance, testing, or implementation activities, is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and build collaborative relationships across departments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing documentation, conducting user training, and supporting user adoption.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, or similar marketing technology tools is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to five years of experience supporting marketing technology, experience management, CRM administration, knowledge management, or related business systems.
Experience in a law firm or other professional services environment is preferred.
Demonstrated experience supporting or administering Litera Foundation within a law firm or other professional services environment is strongly preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is preferably based in the Pacific Time Zone to best support the Marketing Team’s business hours. Qualified candidates located in the Central Time Zone will also be considered.
This position is primarily remote and is performed in a professional home-office or other approved remote-work environment. The role routinely uses standard technology and office equipment, including computers, phones, videoconferencing platforms, and related software.
The employee is expected to maintain a workspace that supports productivity, confidentiality, reliable communication, and the secure handling of company and client information.

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking a Foundation & Marketing Technology Specialist with 3 or more years of experience is $84,000 to $97,000 annually ($43.08 - $49.75/hour), non-exempt. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
