- Plan, execute, and oversee a variety of world-class events — including regional events, ancillary events, user forums, and executive roundtables and dinners while designing and implementing pre-event and post-event engagement strategies to maximize attendance, participation, and lead conversion from revenue marketing activities.
- Create targeted, high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) programs using multi-channel digital programs — engaging target accounts and driving deal acceleration through website personalization, gifting, and conversational email while interlocking with regional and industry field sales leaders and account executives to ensure ongoing agreement on priorities and adjusting to accommodate changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
- Lead awareness communication and enablement efforts with sellers in the field — partnering with cross-functional teams including campaign strategy, sales, product marketing, and solution marketing to ensure consistent messaging and maximize the impact of field marketing programs while developing and effectively managing the regional marketing budget to optimize spending, maximize ROI, and achieve KPIs.
- Work with sales development representatives (SDRs) to define an end-to-end revenue management process and service-level agreements (SLAs) — tracking and analyzing program performance using key metrics while providing regular reporting on ROI and making data-driven recommendations for program optimization and monitoring the health of the sales pipeline.
- Operate as an innovative thought leader — contributing significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends while mentoring, coaching, training, and providing feedback to other team members and evaluating, selecting, and managing vendors that contribute to local field marketing programs.

- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills — with the ability to influence without ownership, gain support and trust across the organization, establish rapport, and effectively gain consensus while working independently and in a team environment; up to 25% travel time required
What We'd Like to See

- Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing vendors that contribute to local field marketing programs — with demonstrated ability to source and manage marketing technology and ensure all field marketing programs comply with local data privacy and other regulations
- Action-oriented leadership with exceptional planning, project, and agency management skills — with demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes, manage complexity and objection handling, and align plans to drive improved customer experience and revenue results
- Demonstrated experience in marketing automation, CRM/Salesforce, content management, and event management platforms — with the ability to leverage available technology to cultivate innovation and continuously upskill in ways that grow both the business and the individual
