2-20 Licensed Insurance Agent Our insurance office is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual who's interested in a great sales opportunity. As an Entry-Level Licensed Professional, you will make outbound calls to generate appointments, take inbound sales calls, and market insurance products or services within the community. This position holds a base salary + commission opportunity with future long-term career advancement available. Also, there will be an ongoing training program. Responsibilities: • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. • Must have the ability to multi-task. • A Property & Casualty license is required. Qualifications: • Be outstanding at relationship building. • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
