Responsibilities: • Develop customer relationships by providing exceptional service when deploying new customers and managing existing customers. This includes scheduling meetings, responding to inquiries, verifying eligibility, and addressing billing and insurance policies • Generate leads and advertise the insurance company's products using networking opportunities, referrals, cold-calling, and other marketing tactics • Analyze a customer's insurance needs, risks, existing coverage, and financial situation to craft a personalized plan • Monitor open insurance claims and manage claim processing for current customers • Manage digital files and records associated with insurance contracts Qualifications: • Must be a legal US resident • Possess a Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills • Have prior sales experience • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Have knowledge of health and/or life insurance policies Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly
