Description

First things first…

This is a full-time, 100% remote position that requires 10–40% travel. The base salary range is $100,000–125,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.

Do you have experience in mortgage industry sales and a track record of building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing business? Are you someone who takes ownership of your territory, thrives on developing new business, and enjoys helping clients solve complex challenges? If so, we'd love to talk with you.

Mortgage Quality Management & Research (MQMR) is the leading audit, risk, and compliance partner in the mortgage industry, serving more than 200 clients annually and performing thousands of audits. We help our clients navigate the complexities of an ever-changing regulatory environment while maintaining a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and having fun along the way.

With an employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) consistently in the mid-70s, we're proud of the team and culture we've built.

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) who knows how to develop new business, build lasting relationships, and consistently deliver results. In this role, you'll take ownership of your territory, identify new opportunities, and work with prospective and existing clients to deliver tailored audit, risk management, and compliance solutions. You'll have the advantage of representing a well-established company with a comprehensive suite of services, a strong industry reputation, and a team of experts to support you along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions, and servicers.
  • Build Relationships: Leverage your existing industry network while developing new relationships with key decision-makers and prospective clients.
  • Deliver Consultative Solutions: Understand client needs and challenges to recommend tailored audit, risk management, and compliance solutions.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Build and execute territory and account plans to grow your pipeline, expand existing relationships, and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop proposals, coordinate product demonstrations, and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Represent MQMR: Attend industry conferences, networking events, and other opportunities to build relationships and generate new business.
  • Track Performance: Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasts in HubSpot while staying informed on mortgage industry trends and opportunities.

Requirements

What Will Make You Successful in This Role

  • Industry Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in mortgage industry sales, with a strong background in consultative selling and an understanding of mortgage lending and servicing.
  • Established Network: Existing relationships with executive decision-makers and industry leaders across mortgage lenders and servicers.
  • Proven Sales Success: A demonstrated track record of generating new business, building strong pipelines, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: A proactive approach to prospecting, developing opportunities, and managing your territory with minimal oversight.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: The ability to ask thoughtful questions, understand client challenges, and present solutions that deliver meaningful value.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: A willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously strengthen your sales skills while staying current on industry trends.
